EnviroBUILDTM [RMFC] is produced using Cement, Sand /Fly ash and slurry mix at site. Depending on the application and Density and volume of slurry required the correct quantity of foam needed is calculated, Once the mixing is complete, the mix is delivered via concrete pump via pipe to the point of placement. The foamed concrete retains air within it during the time it takes to set.
EnviroBUILDTM [RMFC] is a highly workable, low density material incorporating up to 50% entrained air. It is generally self leveling, self compacting and may be pumped. Risk of plastic shrinkage or settlement cracking is significantly lower than that of normal concrete.

Roofing Insulation.For many years, foam concrete is used for roofing insulation. RMF Concrete has three benefits when it is used for roofing. The First benefit is that it provides a high degree of thermal insulation. The Seond benefit is that it can be used to lay a flat roof to falls, i.e. to provide a slope for drainage. The Third benefit is that due to low density it does not significantly add to the overall weight of the roof.

The product being lightweight making them easy to place & secure using less skilled labor. the ability to produce quantities of up to 100m3 and more in day means that construction times can be significantly reduced, with consequent cost savings.

Good energy absorbing qualities
As the foam concrete is compressed during the collapse or subsidence of material above, due to its cellular structure, the resistance of the foam concrete increases, absorbing the kinetic energy.
